An additional advantage is that you follow a lead boat on a set itinerary, with experienced skipper and hostess on board, who will provide a daily briefing on the itinerary, weather conditions, local area, and will offer advice and assistance in all things, including mooring and anchoring, so you never feel the full weight of responsibility as when you sail alone.
