Catamaran cruises: Aegean & Ionian L450F
We offer this luxurious new Lagoon Catamarans with skipper and hostess for private charter or cabin charter (whichever comes first!) in the Ionian islands.
s/y Evi, Lagoon 450 F (2020) up to 8 guests in 4 spacious double en suite cabins
The deck offers three different seating areas plus an area at the flybridge with sunbathing mattresses, so there is plenty of choice for everyone! Starting from the very top, there is a spacious flybridge where the steering wheel and all the controls for the sails are situated, but also a comfortable sofa with views all around. For those who like working on their suntan, just forward of the flybridge you will find large sunbathing mattresses.
The kids’ favorite place is of course the trampoline nets at the bow which become everybody’s favorite place when dolphins come to play underneath the boat. The foredeck sitting area comfortably accommodates 4 people, although at times everyone somehow manages to fit in here for a sunset cocktail!! The aft sitting area (also called cockpit) is really spacious with a nice sofa at the port side and a big mattress on the starboard side where you can relax during the day. The whole area is under the shade of the hard top and that’s where our breakfast and lunch is served, as there is a big table which can sit a group of 8-10.
From the aft sitting area walking through a sliding door you enter the spacious salon situated on the same level and offering 360 degree views, through its large windows. There is a comfortable sofa at the starboard side with a table that will accommodate 8 guests and the chart table at the forward end on the salon with all the instruments and controls of the yacht’s various systems. And of course this is where the heart of our cruises is, our well-equipped galley (kitchen) where delicious dishes are created, giving our cruises their gourmet edge.
At the port side of the salon, you can walk down a few steps to access the 2 very spacious port side cabins, each with a large double/twin bed and a comfortable bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. Similarly, at the starboard side of the salon, walking down the few steps you access the 2 starboard cabins that are identical to the port cabins in every way. The two ensuite crew cabins are situated at the bows of the catamaran, each with its own access from the fore deck.
One of the most important features of our yachts is the air-conditioning, as it makes a difference for everyone’s comfort to keep the interior at a very pleasant temperature during the hottest months of the summer. All the cabins as well as the salon are fully air-conditioned and although during the daytime everyone is cooling down in the sea, the air-conditioning makes all the difference for a good night sleep (or for those who like their afternoon siesta!).
On the practical side of things, there are 2 powerful Yanmar engines of 57HP each, giving a cruising speed of 8 knots. They are supplied by 2 diesel tanks that have a capacity of just over 1000 liters. The water tanks hold 1000 liters of fresh water and are constantly topped up by our yacht’s water-maker (desalinator).
Equipment - Amenities
One of the most important features is the air-conditioning as we know it makes a difference for everyone’s comfort to keep the interior at a pleasant temperature during the hottest months of the summer.
All the cabins as well as the salon are fully air-conditioned and although during the daytime everyone is cooling down in the sea, the air-conditioning makes all the difference for a good night’s sleep (or for those who like their afternoon siesta!).
Wi-Fi - Internet
You can connect to the Internet through the yacht’s Wi-Fi network as each of the guests has a free allowance of MBs, more than enough to keep in touch with the outside world during your cruise. This is done through a mobile network provider and that’s why the data usage is not unlimited.
If your allowance runs out you can buy extra GBs by connecting to the Internet provider’s website and paying by Paypal or credit/debit card. If you need to make heavier use of the Internet you will find free and unlimited Wi-Fi Internet at every café, taverna and bar in the villages we visit.
There are two quiet generators to support the operation of the air-conditioning units and the water-maker plant but also two powerful inverters to provide a constant supply of electricity even when the generators are not running.
Each cabin has a constant 220 volt supply (normal household sockets - European 2 pin type) as well as USB sockets for charging your mobile devices.
The yacht’s music system is located in the salon and you can play your CDs or your favorite music from your phone by connecting via Bluetooth. There are speakers in the salon, the aft sitting area and the flybridge.
Fun in the water
There are masks, fins & snorkels for everyone onboard, as well as noodles for floating on the water. Those feeling more active are welcome to use the SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard).

PROPOSED IONIAN ITINERARIES
- Embarkation: Patras, at 5 p.m.
- Disembarkation: Patras, at 9 a.m.
- Cruising Area: The southern & central Ionian islands
The itinerary remains fairly flexible as we have to consider the weather conditions at the time, but our aim is to explore the southern & central Ionian islands and include visits to the southern and eastern bays of Lefkas, Ithaca, Kefalonia, Kalamos, Meganisi or Kastos, and possibly Zakynthos (Zante). On some weeks, if the weather is favourable, we may head north towards Corfu and the Paxi islands. On Sunday evening you will be welcomed onboard your yacht by our team with a refreshing cocktail. After showing you around the yacht and your cabin you will have time to settle in, before continuing a bit later with a short safety briefing. We will then all sit around in the salon enjoying some mezes (Greek tapas) and bubbly wine, while looking at the itinerary on the chart and getting to know each other. As our first night will be at the port of Patra, you can later go for a stroll and explore the town’s pedestrian streets or just relax on the yacht.
During your cruise with us we will explore the beautiful central Ionian Islands spending each night at a different harbor, finally returning to Patras on Sunday morning for disembarkation at 10 a.m. after breakfast.
A very pleasant itinerary is:
Sun Embarkation at 5 p.m. and stay in Patras
Wed Vathi on Ithaca
Thur Fiskardo on Kefalonia
Fri Kioni on Ithaca
Sun arrival in Patras and disembarkation at 10 a.m.
GETTING TO PATRAS
You can easily get to Patras by flying to Athens or taking a ferry from Italy:
1. Flight to Athens
From Athens airport or your hotel in Athens we will take care of your transfers (2 ½ hours to Patras) by

b. Taxi at a cost of 300 Euro for up to 4 passengers
c. Minibus at a cost of 340 Euro for up to 8 passengers
d. Minibus at a cost of 460 Euro for up to 20 passengers
You can also use the following public transport:

PROPOSED CYCLADES ITINERARY
- Embarkation: Lavrion, at 5 p.m.
- Disembarkation: Lavrion, at 9 a.m.
- Cruising Area: Western Cyclades Islands or Argo Saronic islands
Once you arrive on the yacht on Sunday and after a short briefing and a welcome drink, we will set sail for the next island where we will spend the first night. During your cruise we will spend each night at a different harbor, visiting the islands of the Western Cyclades (Kea, Kythnos, Serifos, Sifnos, Kimolos, Milos) finally returning to Lavrio marina late in the afternoon of the following Saturday.
We will spend our last night there and disembarkation will be at 9 a.m. on Sunday, after breakfast. The most likely itinerary (weather depending of course) is:
- Sun Embarkation and departure for Kea
- Mon Sifnos
- Tues Kimolos
- Wed Milos
- Thur Serifos
- Fri Kythnos
- Sat Lavrio Marina
- Sun Disembarkation at 9 a.m.
PROPOSED SARONIC ITINERARY
If the weather forecast is for strong winds in the Cyclades during the week, a cruise at this island group won’t be pleasant because of the bigger waves. As we want everyone to enjoy the cruise, depending on the forecast we may combine a few days in the Cyclades with a few days in the Saronic Islands and their protected waters or even have a full cruise in the Saronic in which case a likely itinerary will be:
- Sun Embarkation in Lavrio and departure for Kea
- Mon Aegina
- Tues Vathi
- Wed Poros
- Thur Spetses or Ermioni
- Fri Hydra
- Sat Lavrio
- Sun Disembarkation at 9 a.m.
