comfort of the passengers, may make any required changes, at his discretion.
Times of arrival and departure at the various ports of call are given
as a guide and we cannot guarantee that they will be strictly adhered
to. Omitting a port of call or making required changes in itinerary does
not entitle passengers to any claims or refunds. Every step has been taken
to insure that the sports facilities on board are in good working order
and their failure does not constitute reason for refunds and or additional
claims. The Company reserves the right to cancel any cruise, in which
case the full fare, will be refunded. If necessary, itinerary may be changed
and vessel substituted before or after commencement of cruise. Fares are
established in accordance with the exchange rate and fuel prices at the
time of printing and they are subject to change without notice.

claims will be accepted.
