Cabin cruises in Greece - budget sailing holidays
Not only is
a cabin cruise sailing holiday one of the most cost efficient ways
to see the best of Greece in a limited time span, it is undoubtedly
the best way to make friends and experience the joys of sailing if
you are not an experienced sailor already.
In association with long established
and reputable cruise operators, we are happy to offer a variety of
routes for cabin cruises in Greece. You can choose between a cruise
in the Cyclades, the Saronic Gulf, or the Dodecanese. The routes are
flexible and can be adapted to suit the group or the weather. A four
person group minimum is normally required in order for a cruise to
take place, but we can combine cruises in the event the minimum has
not been reached.
Cruise sailing itineraries and programmes
The Cyclades with its many islands, some of them famous
worldwide, are situated in the centre of the Aegean Sea. With their
indented coastlines and individual charm, they are the among the most
popular islands of Greece and are best known for their history and
culture.

Low-season
One week price: 590 Euro per person
Two week price: 1050 Euro per person
High season

+ skipper's kitty: 220 euro per person per week (estimated)
Single supplement: (one person in a double or twin cabin) +70%
Children 8 - 12 yrs*: 70% of cruise fare
*at time of embarkation
Children under 8 are not advised to come
sailing unless they are very well behaved, have been on boats
before and are used to sailing conditions.
We also advise women who are more than 7 months pregnant not
to come sailing. Anyone with a medical condition should consult
their doctor.
Prices are based on 2 people sharing a twin or
double cabin as available.
The price of your cruise includes: accommodation, linen, boat
insurance, taxes, and skipper.
The skipper's kitty will be organised to pay for all running
expenses including meals on board or at a taverna, port expenses,
water and fuel, and the cleaning of the yacht. You should calculate
approximately 200 Euros per person per week. This is payable
in cash only on embarkation. A log book of all expenses will
be kept on board.

While every effort will be made to follow the programme,
itineraries are not fixed and may be modified according to weather
conditions and/or skipper's discretion.
 A
typical day on board:
Wake up between 8am-9am. Get ready for breakfast and departure.
Departure is around 9am-10am, usually it takes from 4 to 6 hours
to reach the next island. If possible we stop for a swim and lunch
on board. The aim, of course, is to make the thrill of sailing a
pleasant experience for everybody. The skipper attempts to match
the needs of those on board ('the crew') and is there to assist
the crew in discovering the experience of sailing and to encourage
each member to become a part of the daily tasks and challenges.
In the afternoon, the sailboat will anchor in a traditional Greek
harbour or remote bay, where you can either discover the local charms
or just relax on board the boat whilst enjoying the beautiful Aegean
sea. At the end of the day, you can sit back and enjoy: an “Ouzo”
as the sun goes down. In the evening we will have dinner in an island
tavern, where we introduce you to the traditional Greek cuisine,
or we can cook a meal on board. Before bedtime the skipper and the
crew will discuss the itinerary of the next day's voyage.

This trip combines our program of Active Sailing in the Cycladic islands and the practice of yoga.
This cruise is for everyone, beginners and more advanced for sailing and yoga.
Additional cruises may be scheduled if the number of 4 participants can be reached.
