Antonia House" is a recently built property accommodating 4/6 people .It is situated in a very quiet, private & peaceful location, surrounded by countryside yet only 5 minutes drive from the magnificent sandy beach of Aselinos and 5 minutes drive to Troulos where you will find a selection of Tavernas & supermarkets.

Skiathos Town is only 10 minutes drive away and there is easy access to all the major beaches & the whole of Skiathos!

A large open plan living room with fireplace,sitting area,dining area and well equipped kitchen.

Large double bedroom on the ground floor with queen size bed plus a single bed in the room.

Staircase leading off to upper floor with second large double bedroom with queen size bed & separate en-suite.

There is a large bathroom on the ground floor with a shower and toilet, vanity unit with washbasin.

The house has ceramic flooring in all rooms.

The villa comprises of:

Two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. An extra bed is available making the accommodation ideal for 4 to 5 people.

There is a large bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC.
A large open plan living room with fireplace and well equipped kitchen complete the interior.

Outside is a shady balcony with seating and a table.
The villa has a large private garden surrounding its own 32 m2 swimming pool.

Antonia House" has quality, comfortable furnishings throughout the interior including a washing machine,TV's /DVD's in the living area & both bedrooms,Radio/CD player in the lounge.
Outside garden furniture, sunloungers & BBQ are provided for our Guests use.

Private parking is provided.

The location is a haven for walkers as you are surrounded by lush countryside which is totally unspoilt!
The beaches of Aselinos,Mandraki, Elias and Agistros are accessible by foot.
The Monastery of Kounistria is also within walking distance.
However we do recommend that you rent a car in order to get the best from Skiathos. We can organise this for you at very good rates.
